The Endless Beauty Laser clinic has a clear and structured etiquette policy, designed to help ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients. Here are the key points:

Cancellation & Late Policy:

• Cancellation Notice: Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee for regular appointments.
• Groupon Users: If you miss an appointment or cancel too late, your Groupon voucher will be redeemed, and the amount will be held as a deposit for your next visit.
• Package Holders: If you miss an appointment, the missed session will be deducted from your prepaid package.

Late Arrival:

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the clinic may not be able to accommodate you due to time constraints. If there’s still time left, they’ll try to fit you in, but a missed appointment fee may still apply.

Vouchers & Packages:

• Non-Refundable: Vouchers, gift certificates, and prepaid packages are non-refundable once purchased.
• Groupon Vouchers: The clinic does not have access to your Groupon funds and follows all guidelines set by Groupon—it’s important to review the terms and conditions before purchase.

Series of Treatments:

• If you’ve purchased a series of treatments, there will be no returns or reimbursements for any portion of the series once the treatments have been booked.

Non-Transferable:

• Packages, gift certificates, and vouchers are non-transferable to other people.

Before Your Appointment:

• Be sure to bring a printout or have your mobile app ready to present your voucher, gift certificate, or in-store package card when you arrive.
