Clinic Etiquette

Cancellation and Late Policy:
At Endless Beauty Laser, we value your time and make every effort to schedule appointments that work best for you. When an appointment is booked, we reserve that spot specifically for you, making it important for you to be punctual and provide ample notice if you’re unable to attend. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Cancellation Notice:
Failure to show up for an appointment or cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50 for regular appointments. For clients with Groupon vouchers, the voucher will be redeemed, and the funds will be held as a deposit for the next appointment. Missed appointments for package holders will be deducted from the package as compensation.

Late Arrival:
Arriving later than 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time may result in the inability to accommodate you due to time constraints. If time is available, we will make every effort to accommodate your treatment; however, late arrivals are subject to a missed appointment fee.

Vouchers:
Refunds are not provided for vouchers, gift certificates, or prepaid packages purchased. Once purchased, these items are non-refundable. For Groupon vouchers: please read Groupon’s fine print before and after purchase as we have no access to your funds and follow all guidelines with no exceptions. 

Series of Treatments:
We are unable to process returns or reimburse payments for any treatment series that have been purchased.

Non-Transferable:
Packages, gift certificates, and vouchers are non-transferable.

Before Your Treatment:
​Please ensure you have either a printout or your mobile app ready with you at the time of your appointment. Upon arrival, present your voucher, gift certificate, or in-store package card.
