We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spa Esthetician. Our wellness center boasts an established clientele and is rapidly growing, offering an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development. Responsibilities:
- Experience with Facials, Microderm, IPL, RF, and front desk operations is an asset.
- Promote the health and wellness benefits of our Wellness Centre to clients.
- Create a positive experience and atmosphere for guests through excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate self-starting capabilities and perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Manage incoming calls and email appointments efficiently.
- Utilize basic MS Office skills to maintain client records and manage social media posts.
- Proficiency in online booking software and sales techniques is preferred.
- Maintain punctuality and a positive attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in a spa environment is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
