Clinic Etiquette

We strongly encourage the use of our online booking. If you get our voicemail during business hours, often times, it means we are in the treatment room with our clients. We strive to make sure our clients receive excellent and undisturbed services each and every time.

Cancellation/Late Policy and Fees:
The time in which you book is reserved just for you so we ask that you please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment in order to maximize every last minute of your scheduled time. Should you arrive late, we will adjust the time of your treatment accordingly and charge the full price of the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will rebook your appointment so not to inconvenience other clients.

In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

We reserve the right to charge a $25.00 cancellation fee if you no-show or if your appointment is canceled within 24 hours.

Vouchers 
We do not do refunds on vouchers/gift certificates and pre-paid packages purchased.

Series of Treatments
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any treatment series that are purchased.

Non-Transferable
Packages, Gift Certificates & Vouchers are non-transferable. ​

Before Treatment
Please have your print-out or mobile app ready with you at the time of appointment. Upon arrival, present Voucher/Groupon/Gift certificate.
